Right now I can only think of one artist living in the Flagler Beach area – Roy Carruthers. If you have not google his name do so. Roy has a long history and sold in galleries from New York to Miami. Once you see a Roy Carruthers you instantly know his style – he created it.  I know you have seen his work before |
